NUTRITION
Nutrition can be a confusing topic, and dieting is hard. Through education, our aim is to make dieting as simple as possible so you can worry less about food and focus more on training. We use an evidence-based approach, and the goal is to give you the tools to be in control of your nutrition for the rest of your life.
What does it include?
In-Person Meeting – Meetings with your coach to go over planning and execution of how to best change your body composition to reach your goals.
Weekly Check-Ins – An online check-in each week to discuss how the week went, change your nutrition targets if needed, and plan for the upcoming week.
Food Log Review – A review of your food log to provide feedback on your eating habits.
Education – You will be taught how to track your food, how to make changes to your nutrition to reach your goals, and how to sustain your results long term.
Support – Any time you have questions about your nutrition, message your coach and we will figure it out together.
EDUCATION
Education is meant to be an interactive experience with the audience, rather than a lecture. The goal is to leave people with knowledge that they can put into action immediately.
Coaches – An in-depth look at training theory and how to build an individualized training program for the athletes you train.
Teams – In-person strength and conditioning sessions for any sport.
