Ansuz Strength was created with the goal to help others acquire the skills and knowledge needed to have healthy and successful lifting and sport careers. We have worked with every demographic possible in the weight room, and we have worked closely with therapists and rehab physicians to build programs to help injured individuals. We have worked with athletes of every age and size to better understand their unique movements and shortcomings to better help them perform. We have worked with individuals that are just trying to lose weight and learn proper lifting technique. We will be more than happy to work with you and whatever goals you may have.

Coach Jake

Jake holds a B.S. in Human Performance from Edinboro University Pennsylvania. While in, he served in the Air Force as a Operator. With a passion for training, he has worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, from children developing skills to older adults recovering from injuries, as well as those looking to lose weight and professional athletes. His diverse experience allows him to tailor his approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Coach Nate

Meet Nate, a dedicated coach at Ansuz Strength who began his journey as an intern in the Summer of 2024. With a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Pennwest Edinboro and service in the Air Force National Guard, he brings a wealth of knowledge and discipline to his coaching. Outside of training, Nate enjoys showcasing his talents on stage at local theatres. At just 25 years old, he is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness while balancing his diverse interests.

Coach Jake has given me so much and more! I reached out to Jake right after I had back surgery at the age of 30. I have scoliosis and had a burst disc that needed repair. Prior to receiving coaching from Jake, I had to stop all of my sports, weightlifting, even running. I was absolutely crushed. I lost most of my muscle and a lot of my joy. I am not one to just sit out on life and Jake knows that about me. He wanted to not only get me out of pain but absolutely thrive in my sports and life! I am
so overjoyed and thankful to Jake because today, back to weightlifting, running, skateboarding, trying new sports and pain FREE! He gave me my life back! Being that I have scoliosis, he programmed specific workouts just for me to specifically strengthen my body to best support my back and get me into great shape! He also made me this promise to get me to a place where I wouldn’t need epidurals for my back pain anymore and within 4 months of training with him, he kept that promise. I have not had an epidural in 2 years! I’m faster, stronger and happier than I’ve ever been! Thank you, Coach Jake!
