Coaching - In Person/Online
Initial Setup – $425

Consultation specifics: 60 minutes to go over past health and training history, current health and training, and future goals.

Past History: Any metrics such as body scans, nutrition tracking experience, training experience, pertinent documentation from healthcare providers.

Program details: Setting up training frequency, location/equipment, and goals and metrics for the program.

Weekly check-in: Can be done through text, email, live or recorded video.
Continued Service – $300/mo.

Weekly updates: Program changes will be made based on performance. Life changes and things can get in the way. Last minute travel, kids getting sick, slipping and falling at work; all reasons to keep in touch to let your coach know how to keep you getting the best results possible with life throwing changes at you. Whether it’s a quick text, phone call, or video call, the more communication between you and your coach, the better your workouts can be tailored to keep you making progress.
In-Person Training – $100/hr.

Training at a private facility with access to all necessary equipment to help you with whatever goals you may have. The structure of the session is subject to your goals and abilities but is always going to focus on getting as much output as possible from your workout while maintaining safe technique. Availability for In-Person Training is subject to a first come, first served reservation booking.
